Let me take you through a real story.

In September, a client approached us with a challenge that seemed almost impossible on paper.

They needed to build site infrastructure for 500 people — accommodation for workers, project managers, engineers, along with kitchens, dining areas, and essential amenities — in Khavda, Gujarat.

For context, Khavda is located in the Bhuj district, where the world’s largest Renewable Energy Park is currently under development.
A project of national importance, spanning an area five times the size of Paris, and so massive that it is said to be visible from the moon.

But here’s the reality on the ground.

There is no infrastructure.
No buildings. No offices. No housing.
Everything has to be built from scratch.

To build a project of this magnitude, thousands of people must be mobilised. And before solar panels or wind turbines can rise, people need the basics:

  • Shelter
  • Offices to work from
  • Dining and sanitation facilities

Now imagine doing this with conventional construction.

Brick by brick, on a remote site, battling logistics, labor availability, weather, and time.
The timeline? More than a year — just to create basic site infrastructure.

And every month of delay means:

  • Delayed workforce mobilisation
  • Delayed execution
  • Escalated costs

So the obvious question arose:
